At NoteScents.pk, we aim to deliver high-quality fragrances. Due to the sensitive and personal nature of perfumes, our return policy is strict to prevent misuse.

📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Eligible for Return

Returns are only accepted under these conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • Product is leaking or broken upon arrival

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Let’s be clear (this is where most stores mess up):

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Change of mind (“mujhe pasand nahi aya”)
  • Minor packaging differences
  • Slight fragrance variation (this is subjective, don’t be stupid and accept this)

🎥 Mandatory Proof (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

To claim a return, you MUST provide:

  • Full unboxing video
  • Video must start before opening the parcel
  • Clearly show:
    • Package condition
    • Label
    • Product inside

No video = no claim. Simple.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days
  2. Share order number + proof
  3. Our team reviews within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, we arrange return pickup OR guide you

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refund processed within 5–7 working days after inspection
  • Refund via:
    • Bank transfer
    • JazzCash / Easypaisa

🚫 Return Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject repeated return abusers
  • Block fraudulent customers
